Funeral services for Nellie F. Prante, age 75 of Fayetteville, will be conducted Saturday at 2:00 P.M. at Higgins Funeral Home with Bro. Cleo Moon officiating. Burial will follow in Macedonia Cemetery. Mrs. Prante passed away Wednesday in Lincoln Medical Center.
She was a native of Lincoln County and the daughter of the late Arthur and Mary Thompson Frame. Mrs. Prante was a former employee of Scovill and Lee Manufacturing and a member of the New Hope Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband Otto Prante of Fayetteville, children Donna (Tommy) Blackwell, Darlene Brown and Robyn (Nancy) Prante, grandchildren Shane Howell, Christi (Randall) Justice, Jamie Pinkston, Hannah Prante and Caleb Prante, great-grandchildren Emily Justice, Lane Pinkston and Zachary Pinkston. Mrs. Prante was preceded in death by her parents Arthur and Mary Frame, brother J.T., Ray, Paul and Tommy Frame, sisters Mildred Blaylock and Marie Ippilotto and granddaughter Kelly Howell.
Visitation with the family will be Friday evening 5-8 P.M. at Higgins Funeral Home.

I went to church with Mrs. Nellie and I thought the world of her. She was a feisty little lady and I will miss her. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
