It is with regret we announce the passing of Miriam Gail Tatum, age 83, of Fayetteville, TN. Gail was born July 3, 1940, in Florence, AL to the late Eugene Burdine and Nadine England Wells. She was a homemaker and she loved to cook and care for her family. Gail’s faith was extremely important to her and her love for God was evident. She passed away November 22, 2023, at Covenant Manor in Fayetteville, TN.
Survivors include her daughter, Sherry Tatum Pease and husband Dennis of Fayetteville; son, Bryan Tatum and wife Beth of Costa Rica; 8 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; sister, Sharon Broadfoot and husband Randy of Florence; and brother-in-law, Dan Tatum and wife Patricia of Huntsville. In addition to her parents, Gail was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Leroy L. Tatum, Jr. who passed away in May of this year.
