Michael Glenn Marshall

It is with regret we announce the passing of Michael Glenn Marshall, age 66, of Fayetteville, TN. A funeral service will be held at 11 am on Saturday, May 14, 2022, at Higgins Funeral Home with Bro. Ben Renegar officiating. Burial will follow in Stewart Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be from 5 pm until 8 pm on Friday, May 13 at Higgins.

Mike was born February 20, 1956, in Lincoln County, TN to the late William Bryant and Jo Ann Cannon Marshall. He graduated from Central High School in 1975 and retired from the State of Tennessee after working at Falls Creek Falls State Park for many years. He also attended Park City Church of Christ. Mike never met a stranger and enjoyed talking and visiting with family and friends. He loved movies, especially Sci-Fi and technology genres. Mike was especially fond of Christmas, and he loved spoiling family and friends during the holidays. He passed away May 10, 2022, at Southern Tennessee Health in Pulaski, TN.

Survivors include his daughter, Tabitha Marshall Wilson, and her husband, Michael of Hendersonville; sister, Michelle Marshall Phillips, and her husband Larry of Pulaski; grandchildren, Jonathan Wilson, and Kylie Wilson; nephew, Nathan (Amanda) Maddox. He was preceded in death by his parents, William Bryant Marshall, and Jo Ann Cannon Marshall.

I was so sorry to hear of Mr Marshall’s death. Though I only knew him for a short time, I will really miss him. He was a very sweet and kind man, always ready with a joke. My heart goes out to all who love him.

I am so sorry to hear of Mr. Mike’s passing. He was a great man and loved his daughter Tabitha so much. Prayers for her and the family.
