What a jewel this lady was! She and Helen showered our Elizabeth with such love and great care while Lee and I worked. I cannot imagine how much Mac and cheese and fried okra they made for my daughter. As Sue and Thomas suffered with declining health and an inability to care for themselves, I cannot imagine any three siblings who could possibly have loved and cared more for their parents and also for each other. Blessings on you, Helen, Linda and Rex for displaying such devotion to your much loved parents. Prayers for God’s peace and comfort for all of you.

I am so sorry in so many ways that Ms. Sue passed. She will and is so missed by all who love her. There’s always an emptiness in the loss of our parents that never fills back up, but we are left here to carry on and that we do. She was a great inspiration to me and so was your daddy. I felt like I belonged the minute I became acquainted with yall. We will always love both Ms. Sue and Mr. Thomas. God Bless Yall
