Margie Geneva Bennett Campbell

Graveside funeral service for Mrs. Margie Geneva Bennett Campbell, age 80, of Fayetteville, TN, will be conducted at 11:30 AM on Saturday, November 2, 2019, at Prospect Cemetery with Dr. Ronnie Gay officiating.

Margie was born on August 6, 1939 in Lincoln County, TN to the late Bennie Forest and Dora Ozell Franklin Bennett. She worked as an office clerk for Serbin Manufacturing and later at her nieces cleaners called “5 Star Laundry and Cleaners”. She was a member of Prospect Baptist Church and enjoyed her church groups and trips. Margie loved spending time with her granddaughter, Erin. Mrs. Campbell passed away on October 31, 2019 at Redstone Village in Huntsville, AL.

Survivors include her husband of 59 years, Bobby Lewis Campbell; daughter, Lana Campbell Moyers and son-in-law Joe of Fayetteville, TN; granddaughter, Erin Moyers; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Sarah Long, Della Kirkland, Pauline Philpot, Irene Keller, Earl Bennett, J.D. Bennett, Ben Bennett, and Clida Noland.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice Family Care, 10000 Serenity Ln, Huntsville, AL 35803. Higgins Funeral Home is honored to be serving the family of Mrs. Margie Geneva Bennett Campbell.
