Graveside services for Louise Virginia Hawkins Hurford, age 86 of Elora, will be conducted Friday afternoon at 2 PM at Clay Cemetery in Princeton, AL with Higgins Funeral Home in charge. Mrs. Hurford passed away Wednesday in Huntsville Hospital.
She was a native of Jackson County, AL and the daughter of the late Henry Hawkins and Daisy McCann Hawkins Bridges. She was a homemaker and a member of the Elora Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband Lewis Hurford of Elora, TN, two daughters Innaleen Nall and Virginia Phillips (Gary) all of Hazel Green, AL, three grandchildren Heather Madewell, Kelly Nall and Ashley Phillips, two great grandchildren Carson and Payton Madewell, two sisters Emma Labis (George) of New Market, AL and Jewel Inez Counts of Elora and one niece Myra Inez Counts.
Visitation with the family will be Friday from 12 PM – 1 PM at Higgins Funeral Home.
