I am saddened to learn of the loss of Mrs. Lottie. Growing up in Howell, Mrs. Lottie was always nice and welcoming to me as child. I remember many times cutting through her back yard on my way anywhere and finding her at work in her flowers or vegetables. She had such a wonderful way with plants and a willingness to share that knowlege with a silly, noisy, curly hair girl. I am sure much of the knowledge I have today about plants was stuck in my long term memory during these conversations.

My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this time of sadness.
