Linda Lee Stewart

It is with regret we announce the passing of Mrs. Linda Lee Stewart, age 65, of Fayetteville, TN. Linda was born on July 5, 1954, to Edith Lee and the late Barney Lee Worden in South Carolina. She passed away on May 28, 2020, at Maury Regional Medical Center.

Linda worked as a nurse tech and sitter, providing in home care for many years to the elderly in the community. She loved gardening, sewing, cooking, animals, and just recently had begun making jewelry. She was of the Mormon faith.

Mrs. Stewart is survived by her daughters, Becky Pool of Fayetteville, Jacqueline Pool of Logan County, KY, Regina Pool of Birmingham, AL, April Pool of Fayetteville, and Edith Pool of Fayetteville; step son, Alfred McDonald of Atlanta, GA; twenty three loving grandchildren; brother, Robert (Darlene) Worden of Fayetteville; one nephew; and her dog, Snowball. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Lee Stewart; one grandson; and one nephew.

A private family service has been planned for a later date.

Mom you came and lived u had a love for family and for the church now u are at peace with the Angel’s u will be missed but u live on in our hearts

She was a powerful woman and i love my mom for that. Mom u raised 4 girls on ur own and grandkids and that’s why i love u. And ur job is done on earth and now god needs u. I will miss u very much and always be in my heart and soul. Ur the best now rip in heaven.
