I remember Mrs. Daniel’s well from my childhood visits to my grandparents, Max and Katherine Towery. She was a neat lady. Please know that all of you are in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

Loved “Dan” and Miss Lena! They were so sweet to me. I went to their home often and when I went on the job with Daddy, “Dan” would take care of me. They used to raise Boston Terriers and my family got two of them. I lost touch with the Daniels after my father died and I moved to Nashville. This news brought tears of sadness and joy to me. I am so glad she lived a long and I am sure beautiful life. My sympathy is with Miss Lena’s family. I know you will miss her!

Mrs. Dot and family, How blessed to have had your mother all these years. I know you will miss her so much but what a blessing that your separation from her will be only temporary. Thinking of you and will keep you and yours in my prayers.

Mama Lena was one of our dearest friends. She treated us as family. She made our lives so much fun. We played cards, laughed, and then laughed some more. We are celebrating her life as one filled with Godliness, love, and kindness. She will live in hearts forever. We loved her so much.
