Funeral services for Lela Howard Andrews, age 94 of Fayetteville, will be conducted Saturday at 2 p.m. at Higgins Funeral Home with Bro. Paul Clayton officiating. Burial will follow in Lincoln Cemetery beside her husband Grady Andrews. Mrs. Andrews passed away Tuesday night in Life Care of Tullahoma Nursing Home.
She was a native of Lincoln County and the daughter of the late Ovel H. and Connie Price Howard. She was a former employee of Serbin Manufacturing and Fischer Body-GM. Mrs. Andrews was a member of the Park City Church of Christ and had also attended Washington Street Church of Christ and was a member of the Eastern Star.
Survivors include two sons Howard Andrews and wife Elsa of Tullahoma, Harold Andrews and wife Sherrie of St. Helen, MI, grandchildren Greg Andrews and wife Dolly, David Andrews and wife Amanda, Brad Andrews and wife Vivian, Christy Kolo, Tracey Connolly and husband Bill, Carrie McCumber and husband Jeff, Norman Beasley and wife Lisa, and Daniel Andrews, great-grandchildren Cody McCumber, Austin McCumber, Hunter Winkler, Nathan Andrews, Dylan Andrews, Anthony Kolo, Dakota Kolo, Taylor Andrews, Whitney McCumber and Amber Nickell and a host of step-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Andrews was preceded in death by brothers Walter and O.H. Howard, sister Odell Pruitt and grandson Joseph Andrews.
Visitation with the family will be Saturday 12pm – 2pm. At Higgins Funeral Home.
