On October 30th, our precious Laura Grace went Home to be with Jesus. While our hearts are broken, we are so blessed that God shared her with us for the past twenty-nine years. Grace left this earth in a manner befitting her name.
Laura leaves behind many loved ones who cherish her life: parents Scott and Susan Beck, sister Lindsay (Brent) and Brenna Davis, brother Scotty (Maria) Beck, grandmother Geneva Myrick, step-grandmother Mary Beck, great-grandmother Pat Obermier, and her sweet puppy Bella Grace.
Laura was a graduate of Athens State University and a contract specialist for the US Army at Redstone Arsenal. She was an active member of Parks City Baptist and loved caring for it’s nursery children.
Even at her sickest, Laura always made sure to put others first. To continue her spirit of love, we request that in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to the Grace Fund at Parks City Baptist Church, 2809 Huntsville Hwy, Fayetteville, TN 37334. This fund will be used to help local individuals with travel expenses for out-of-town medical care. By your grace, we will ensure that our Grace continues to touch lives.
Memorial services for Miss Laura Grace Beck will be held Sunday afternoon at 3 PM at Parks City Baptist Church with Rev. Don Russell officiating. Visitation with the family will be from 5-8 PM Saturday evening at Higgins Funeral Home.
