Graveside services for Mrs. Katie Nell Sanders Wells, age 92, of Fayetteville will be conducted at 11AM Thursday at Pleasant Hill Cemetery with Rev. Milton Martin officiating. Higgins Funeral Home is in charge of the services. Mrs. Wells passed away Tuesday morning June 16th at Lincoln Care Center.
She was the daughter of the late George and Sally Thrasher Sanders, retired from Lincoln Care Center and was a member of the Flintville Baptist Church.
Survivors include two daughters Sybil Durham and husband Frank of Fayetteville, son Coyce Earl Wells of Savannah, TN, daughter Mary Ellen Chamblee and husband A.C. of Fayetteville, grandchildren Chuck Allen, Joan Chamblee Fleming, Mary Jane Chamblee DeMurray, Troy Wells, Tracy Wells, and Janet Chamblee Eichinger, four great-grandchildren Joe Allen, Jessica Hunter Fleming, Holly Wells and Timothy Wells, two great-great grandchildren, a special niece Willa Jo Dye and friends Elizabeth Hansen and Carol Davidson.
Visitation with the family will be from 10:30am Thursday at graveside with services to follow at 11AM.
