Thank you and blessings to the aunt who chaperoned me on my first away-from-home trip on an airplane and taught me that reading was one of life’s great pleasures. Two things that changed my life. My condolences to her siblings, children and grandchildren, and others who loved her.

Thank you for being my friend, sister and counselor for the last 79 years. We did have a lot of fun together at your pool, at Kennedy and at the zoos and other places we visited. The Vega packed with you and me and at least nine kids, sometimes more and don’t forget the big cooler. It was great raising our families together, I have missed you since you moved to Alabama, but I knew you were still there to talk to. You will be missed, my dear sister, love you more than you’ll ever know.
