A funeral service for Mrs. Joyce Marie Spray, age 78, of Fayetteville, TN will be conducted Sunday, April 30, 2023, at 2:00 PM, at Higgins Funeral Home, with Bro. Don Russell officiating. Burial will follow in Lebanon Cemetery, beside her husband, William Wilson “Butch” Spray. Visitation with the family will be Sunday from 12:00 PM until the time of service at Higgins.
Joyce was born December 2, 1944, in Lincoln County, TN, to the late Cleveland Spray and Gracie May Spray. She was former co-owner of Spray’s Pest Control and a member of the Park City Baptist Church. Mrs. Spray passed away on April 28, 2023, at her residence, surrounded by her loving family.
Survivors include her daughter, Cindy (Gary) Lambert; sons, Stan (Tammy) Spray, and Chris Spray all of Fayetteville; grandchildren, Lori (Mike) Pigg, Andrew (Whitney) Williams, Fallon Lambert, Brittney (Trey) Whitmore, Abbie Spray, Ty Spray, Garry Lambert, Garrett Lambert, Kimber Lambert; numerous bonus grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and sisters, Patricia Sanders of Shelbyville, and Debbie Herman of Arkansas;. In addition to her parents, Joyce was preceded in death by her husband, Butch; and brothers, Harold, Billy Joe, and Clyde Spray.
The family of Joyce Spray extends a special thank you to longtime caregivers Charlotte Farmer and Kathy Weber.
Memorials may be made to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Memorial Processing, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959.

So sorry to hear this, but I know Mrs. Joyce is rejoicing in Heaven. She was a sweet woman and I enjoyed my visits with her.

So sorry for the Families Loss. Mrs Joyce was a Lovely Lady and I can only imagine the reunion she and Butch has had .Our thoughts and prays are with all the family.
