Joyce K. Decker, age 62, of New Lenox formerly of Woodale and the Chicago area, passed away on Thursday, October 29, 2015. Loving daughter of the late Bill and Edith (nee Steele ) Decker; beloved sister of Ron (Mignon) Decker, Ricky (Lana) Decker, Randy (Rhonda) Decker and Vicky (Fred) Till; cherished aunt of Shawn Davis, Jamie Decker, Adam (Lorin) Decker, Luke Decker, Michelle Davis, Morgan Decker, Savannah Decker and Karmen Decker and 2 great nieces; dearest friend of Linda Wilczak and a very loved member of Free Christian Assembly.
Graveside services will be conducted Wednesday November 4, 2015 at 1:00 PM at Pleasant Hill Cemetery with Bro. Buddy Payne officiating.
There will be no visitation prior to services.
Higgins Funeral Home is assisting the family of Joyce K Decker.

Ricky, Randy and families… your loss of your sister saddens me… I will keep you all and your extended family members in my prayers during your time of grief. May you find comfort in knowing your beloved sister is at peace now….hold fast to memories of past days when there were simpler times filled with fun and laughter as siblings loved each other as children and grew into adults raising their own families all in the while still loving each other in busier times. Keeping these memories close will keep Joyce living and loving in your hearts…God Bless you all.

Randy, Ricky and Ron,
I am so sorry to hear of Joyce’s passing. I know how much she was loved by all of you. Please know that I wish I could attend the service but unfortunantly I will not be able to make it. I will be thinking of each and every one of you!
