Jolean Bennett Frame

She is also survived by her sister, Margaret Halcomb, her brother, Ronnie Bennett, and numerous nieces and nephews who will miss her dearly. In addition to her parents, Jolean was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Melvin Frame; son, Earl Dwayne Frame; and brother, Cecil Bennett.

The family will receive friends for visitation on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, from 11 AM until 1 PM at Higgins Funeral Home. The funeral service will begin at 1 PM with Rev. Tim Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the Lincoln Cemetery.
