We are so sad to hear of Johnnie’s passing. My husband and I were neighbors with him for many years and he was such a caring hard working man. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

I worked for Johnnie at Cattleman’s years ago. He was good to me and helped spark my enthusiasm for wines. Sometimes after hours he would open up a bottle of something special he’d call “the nectar of the gods!” and share it with us. He will be missed.
