Diane, Sending you my thoughts at this difficult time. How blessed to have had your dad for so many years, even though there are never enough years to have them with us. Praying for comfort and sweet special memories.

No matter how long we’ve had them, we are never ready to let them go. Diane, you will be at the top of our prayer list as you make this transition. May God see you through.

To Joel’s entire family, Joel was a sweetheart. I loved to talk to him. I know in his last years, he’s had many problems and now he is home. I can’t tell you how sorry I am about his death because I know words can’t say it all. I used to talk to him when he cut meat and I know how much he loved all his children. I have always considered him a dear friend and I want you all to know that I am thinking about you and praying for you. God Bless!

Lee, Diane and Amelia, I am sorry I can’t attend the funeral. I have so many great memories of Joel. He took Lee and I hunting, fishig etc… and taught us many things. I used to love listening to his stories of when he was in the Army. He was a real character and I loved him. I guess he and Bill are having a big time now.
