Ms. Jo was so loved by everyone who came into contact with her. She was a constant at Carter’s and it Seemed so strange to go into Carter’s and not see Ms Jo after she retired.

Marie, my sympathies to you and your family. Grew up knowing Jo (and you!) when she and mom worked at Carter’s Drug Store. She was always such a sweet, kind lady. I was so glad to get to see her again in 2000 when she visited the funeral home for Dwight’s mother. She will be missed by all who knew her and who were touched by her kindness.

Please allow me to offer my condolences to the, Kirby family with these comforting words: In Paradise, Jesus will fulfill his role as “the resurrection and the life.” (John 11:25) He will resurrect countless millions, giving them an opportunity to live forever in Paradise on earth. (John 5:28, 29) Imagine the reunions as beloved friends and relatives, long separated by death, embrace one another, quite beside themselves with joy! All mankind will praise God for his restorative power. I am very sorry for your loss. May God’s Word comfort you and your family. Sincerely, Meryl ~ crochetmerylsway@gmail.com
