With heavy hearts, we share the passing of Jill Noel Price, 57, of Lynchburg, TN. Born on April 20, 1967, in Owensboro, KY, to the late Kenneth Blane and Mary Barr Noel, Jill passed away at her home on February 3, 2025.
Jill dedicated her early career to Eagle Snacks and later Frito Lay, but her greatest joy came from her family, especially her beloved grandchildren. She was a kind and loving soul, who found strength in her faith and comfort in the love she shared with those around her. Her loyal cat, Loki, will undoubtedly feel her absence most deeply.
Survivors include her son, Jace Noel and wife Cheyenne; grandsons, Jaxon and Jameson Noel; sister, Kim Noel Newgent; brother, Blane Noel; nieces and nephews, Troy Lee Newgent, Dionna Thomison, Brandon Noel, Chasity Noel, Alyssa Noel, and Kassidy Noel; many great nieces and great nephews, extended family members, and friends. In addition to her parents, Jill was preceded in death by her husband, James Earl Price; brother-in-law, Troy Newgent; and sister-in-law, Kim Noel.
Higgins Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Jill Noel Price.

I thank God that I got the privilege to get to know Jill, be her friend and sister-in-Christ. She will be missed greatly by her friends and spiritual family at Howell church of Christ. Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers as you grieve the loss of your sweet momma, mother-in-law, grandmother, sister, aunt, & great-aunt & friend. I am forever grateful that God allowed my life path to cross with Jill’s and to have an opportunity to walk for a time the narrow path with Jill.

I knew Jill as a child growing up in West End Baptist Church with her family. I loved them and her mom was a great caretaker when she ran the nursery school daycare at the church. Kill was so full of life. I find it hard to hear that she is gone. I know her mom is welcoming her home.
