To the Family,

We will always remember Miss Jewel as a beautiful southern lady, who loved her family very much and always had a wonderful smile on her face.

May God give you comfort and peace during this difficult time.

I had the pleasure to grow up neighbors to LR and Jewel. They were the best. Their hearts were SO BIG and always there to pitch in when someone needed them.
There are so many wonderful memories.
You are in our prayers, but find comfort that they loved the Lord and walked in his ways.

I have so many memories of having fun “down on the farm” including the time a mother pig chased me. Did she think I belonged? Jewell was such a fabulous cook and tireless worker. She is now in her true home and I pray that the family will be comforted with this and will be determined to follow in her footsteps as she followed Christ.
I love you all. Suzanne

The happiest memories of my childhood were visiting Uncle Raby, Aunt Mattie Lou, L.R. and Jewel McNatt and Bobby and “Wishy”! Jewel insisted on feeding us and having us stay the night. She gave generously and cheerfully! She was just as young acting and looking at 78 as at any younger age. She cooked fried chicken every morning for breakfast, scratch biscuits,
fried corn, sliced tomatoes and gravy. She was an elder’s daughter-in-law, elder’s wife and elder’s mother! She was any woman’s role model. I will miss her and I wish I had spent more time with her. My love to Bobby and Wishy and all their families. Prayers, love and hugs!-Bonnie (Mac) Rose

I am so sorry for your loss. I remember Ms. Jewel and Mr. L.R. sitting across from us at church for as long as I can remember. I remember her smile and her laughter.

My memories of Booneville Church and the ones that have gone on is bittersweet, but I am thankful for everyone who was and still is a part of my life there.

Prayers for peace and comfort to the family. Love you all,
Sandra Ashby Bauer
