Jimmy was a fixture in the public housing community in Tennessee for decades–always well informed, always current, always forward looking, always caring about his residents. And always a friend and always with a sense of humor. I can only imagine what an anchor he has been for his family and his community all these years. We are all the better for having known him.

We had the honor of meeting Jimmy and Becky while visiting my sister and brother-in-law, Sarah and Jack Raby. We knew immediately why Sarah and Jack were such good friends with them. We’ve heard so many wonderful stories of Jimmy over the years…one of them how he faithfully and lovingly took care of Becky. He will not only be missed by his family, but by his many dear friends who loved him like family! Our thoughts and prayers are with you all…God bless and comfort you.
