Have known Kirk and the Shelton side of his family all my life. Great folks. Had many good conversations with Kirk in the last several years reminiscing about him and David when they worked for the state.

Thoughts and prayers for Nell, Tim and the family.

Kirk was a lifelong friend and lived across the street with his mom on Sunset Drive and back to back with the Alton Smith family.

I consider the Smith family my extended family. I worked with Nell for years at Scovill … Tim, his son, is my Pastor.

For sure, Kirk is already entertaining those in Heaven with his winning ways.

God bless and comfort your hearts.
