Funeral service for Howard Lee Frame, age 87, of Kelso, Tennessee, will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at the Park City Baptist Church. Brothers Don Russell and Larry Beavers will officiate. Burial will follow at Higgins Cedar Hills Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at Higgins Funeral Home.
Howard was born on July 31, 1938, in Lincoln County, Tennessee, to the late Robert L. and Katherine Copeland Frame. He served in the U.S. Army and was member of Park City Baptist Church. For many years, Howard worked in contract sales, first for Sears and later for Bob Wallace Appliance. In his spare time, he loved to hunt and fish. He passed away on September 12, 2025, at Elk River Health and Nursing Center in Fayetteville.
Survivors include his wife, Fay Frame; son, Aaron (Melodie) Frame; daughter, Lee Ann (Paul) Duffle; grandchildren, Hanna Counts (Andrew) Arn, Drew Counts, Kayla Frame, and Amber Edwards; great-grandchildren, Bladen Cowan, Nova Fraizer, Presley Lewis, and Samuel Arn; brother, Jim Frame; sister-in-law, Pearl Frame; and a special caregiver, Tiffany Bailey. In addition to his parents, Howard was preceded in death by his brother, Robert Earl Frame.
