I went to Lincoln Church with Hilda when we were both very young. We both played the piano for the Lincoln ARP church, and we were very good friends for many years. I was very shocked when I saw her obituaries and want her husband, Toney, and Jana to know that they are in my thoughts and prayers.

Leonard, I’m so sorry for your loss. I’m sure you know how much I cared for her. She was a wonderful friend to my mother and then to me in these last years. A sweet and kind person through and through. Her smile could light up the room. I will miss having such a wonderful neighbor.

Bless you Leonard.

Hilda welcomed me to the family with open arms & accepted me as I am. Maybe because we had the same “tell it straight the way it is mentality”! She will always be the little angel on my shoulder to keep me company at family gatherings. She was the best mother-in-law a girl could ask for! Missing her already. Much love and prayers for comfort to the entire family. 🕊️

Hilda was one of my friends when we were young & attended Lincoln ARP Church. She was such a sweet & good person. Dad (Calvin Whitaker) died several years ago. It was cold that day for graveside services. Hilda sat beside me & gave me her gloves. Thoughts & prayers for Hilda’s family.
