Gregory Taylor

It is with regret that we announce the death of Mr. Gregory Taylor, age 65, of Fayetteville, TN. Mr. Taylor passed away Saturday, June 4, 2016 at the Huntsville Hospital.

Mr. Taylor was a native of Huddersfield, England, the son of Harry Taylor and the late Joy Taylor. He was a retired JAG lawyer, a Lt. Colonel in the U.S. Army, serving 20 years and was of the Episcopal faith.

Along with his father, survivors include his wife Cathy Taylor of Fayetteville, TN, sons Michael (Missy) Taylor of Philadelphia, PA, J.T. Taylor of Madison, AL, Chris (Meredith) Taylor of Fayetteville, TN, and sister Jill Taylor of Denver, CO.

Higgins Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Mr. Gregory Taylor.

Cathy, JT, and Chris. We are so sorry to hear about your loss. Greg was a fine man who gave a lot to the kids of Lincoln County and to the soccer program. He will be missed by many. Cathy, you and the boys are in our thoughts and prayers.

Cathy, We are so sorry to hear about Mr. Greg, he was such a fine man and friend. He sure helped us out at the shelter on his many transports. He will be missed by many. We will keep you and the family in our prayers.
