Eugene Dunn

Funeral services for Eugene Dunn, age 84, of Fayetteville will be conducted Saturday at 10 AM at Higgins Funeral Home with Bro. Greg Wiser and Jack Hoffman officiating. Burial will follow in Campbell Cemetery. Mr. Dunn passed away Thursday morning in Huntsville Hospital.

He was a native of Lincoln County and the son of Henry Luther and Margaret Routt Dunn. Mr. Dunn was a veteran of the U. S. Army serving during WW II, retired from the tool & die department of Amana Refrigeration and a member of the Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife Juanita Mamie Norris Dunn of Fayetteville, sons Jerry Dunn and wife Jackie of Elkmont, and Randy Dunn and wife Lynn of Fayetteville, grandchildren Greg Dunn (Kandi), Mickey (Tracy) , Cherie, Jed and Matt Dunn, Jennifer (Joey) Wolaver and Brandi (Mark) Simms, 8 great-grandchildren Rex and Julie Dunn, Zach Sartain, Hannah Smith, Ty and Sadie Wolaver, Cody Dunn and Brooke Dunn, and one sister Edith Childress of Lewisburg.

Visitation with the family will be Friday evening 5-8PM at Higgins Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
