Funeral service for Elizabeth Ann Hill Mitchell, age 78, of Fayetteville, TN, will be conducted at 1 PM on Thursday, November 18, 2021, at Higgins Funeral Home with Bro. Ron Arrick officiating. Burial will follow in the Wright’s Cemetery.
Elizabeth was born on October 10, 1943 in Giles County, TN to the late William and Edna Lee Phillips Hill. She was a production worker with Gabriel Shocks in Pulaski for 24 years. Mrs. Mitchell was a member of the McBurg Baptist Church. She passed away on November 14, 2021 at NHC Oakwood in Lewisburg, TN.
Survivors include her sons, Tony (Debbie) Mitchell of Kelso, and Morgan (Robbie) Mitchell of Elora; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and a sister, Katherine (Jackie) Cline of Pulaski. In addition to her parents, Elizabeth was preceded in death by her husband, Lindel Mitchell; daughter, Peggy Sue Mitchell; and a son, David Leamon Mitchell.
Visitation with the family will be from 5 PM until 8 PM on Wednesday and 11 AM until 1 PM on Thursday at Higgins Funeral Home.
