Dorotha Evelyn Frady Webb

Funeral services for Dorotha Evelyn Frady Webb, age 96 a longtime resident of Fayetteville, will be conducted Wednesday at 2 PM at Higgins Funeral Home with Rev. Van Johnson and Rev. John Simmons of Jacksonville, AL officiating. Burial will follow in Riverview Memorial Gardens beside her husband Herbert Morton Webb. Mrs. Webb passed away Sunday July 21, 2013 at her daughter’s residence in Anniston, AL.

Mrs. Webb was a native of Piedmont, AL, and the daughter of the late Benjaman and Jessie Haslam Frady and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Fayetteville,TN.

Survivors include her children Ann (Jim) Hall of Anniston, AL, Donald (Verna) Webb of Cohutta, GA, and Kay (Ron) Todd of Murfreesboro, TN, grandchildren Suzan Alsobrook, Penny Griffin, Scott Webb and Devan Todd, eight great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Along with her parents and her husband, Mrs. Webb was preceded in death by sister Thelma Reedy and two brothers Olyan Frady and Benjaman Frady, Jr.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.

Visitation with the family will be Wednesday from 12-2PM at Higgins Funeral Home.

Don – Sorry to read of your Mom’s passing. You have my sincere sympathy. I remember her back in our youth she was a sweet and pretty lady.

Kay,I understand from looking at your mom’s photo where you inherited your beauty. I always thought you were so pretty and that you & Ron made the handsomest couple. If you don’t remember just check out your pics in “The Bridge”. Can you believe that was 45 years ago? May God give you faith and strength in the coming days and weeks as you say goodbye to your MOM.
