Dear Barbara and Family, Mr Lanier was a good friend to our family- He came to see daddy when he was sick and helped my brother and the Scout troops-
One time he came and daddy was intent on working on painting an airplane that told which way the wind blew- because he had dementia he was so excited about a project on a cold Spring day- we had the table covered and he was into painting- Mr Lanier was amused with his painting – you and Lanier were so smart the way you built your house- daddy always commented on that- praying for God’s help during this time
