Deland Craig Isbell

Funeral service for Mr. Deland Craig Isbell, age 56, of Fayetteville, TN will be conducted at 3:30 PM on Sunday, November 1, 2020 at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church with Bro. Milton Martin officiating. Burial will follow in Pleasant Hill Cemetery.

Craig was born on January 16, 1964 in Fayetteville, TN to Nella Dean Farmer and the late Franklin Dee Isbell. He was a class of 1982 graduate of Lincoln County High School. Craig worked for Union National Bank and B&M cabinets before owning C&C cabinets. As the owner of C&C cabinets, Craig built benches and wainscoting for the Lincoln County Courthouse. He attended Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, Hilldale Baptist Church, First Baptist Church, and Corders Crossroads Church of Christ. Craig passed away on October 29, 2020 at his residence.

In addition to his mother, survivors include his son, Theelun (Allie) Isbell of Fayetteville; daughter, Cheree Isbell of Auburn, AL; sisters, Kimla (Roger) Weeks of Manchester, Cheryl (William) Moorehead of Elora, and Charlotte (Phillip) Moorehead of Kelso; along with several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. In addition to his father, he was also preceded in death by his sister, Kalan Isbell Anderson.

Memorials may be made to Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Building Fund, 353 Stewarts Chapel Road, Flintville, TN 37335.

Visitation with the family will be from 3 PM until 6 PM on Saturday, October 31, 2020 at Higgins Funeral Home and from 2:30 PM until time of service Sunday, November 1, 2020 at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.
