Uncle Clay was wonderful to me. . He helped me take care of mom and dad when they were so sick. I was still teaching school and he never hesitated staying with my dad during the day until I could get out of school daily. I never had to ask him to do this, he did it out of love and compassion for others. Also, he was a great mentor to our boys as teenagers. May he rest in peace.

It’s hard to say good-bye to a father. He must have been one of the good guys to have lived such a long life! Sarah, I hope your children know how fortunate they are to have known their granddaddy! God bless your family.
