Charles Leabert Flynn

Graveside funeral service for Mr. Charles Leabert Flynn, age 73, of Fayetteville, TN will be at 2 PM on Wednesday, January 6, 2020 at Kirkland Cemetery with Bro. Jeremy Hudgins, and Terry Monks officiating. There will be no visitation prior to the graveside service.

Leabert was born on August 9, 1947 in Lincoln County, TN to the late James Lawrence and Kathryn Flynn. He was the owner of Southern Xpress of TN, LLC for 28 years. Leabert was a loving and devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He passed away on January 2, 2021 at St. Thomas West in Nashville, TN.

Survivors include his wife of 38 years, Rhonda Monks Flynn; daughters, Kristin Taylor, Heather (Keith) Bradley, and Jessica Green; grandchildren, Kolton and Bella Taylor, Carter and Rylan Bradley, Avary, Ainsley, and Asa Green; brothers, Calvin Flynn and Gerry Flynn; sisters, Jeanell Cato, and Zerita Beddingfield. In addition to his parents, Leabert was preceded in death by his brothers, Randall, David Wayne, and Joel Flynn.

In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorials be made to the American Heart Association, P.O. Box 840692, Dallas, TX 75284-0692 or at www.heart.org.
