Bryan,
I heard the story so many times, with Charlie smiling saying, “It was my first day at the Air National Guard and I felt out of place. I looked around and there was Ronnie, looking just as out of place, so I struck up a conversation with him. It was his first day, too.”

They became instant friends, good friends; a friendship that survived time, miles of travel and miles of life between the two. Ronnie loved him. So did I. I remember his smile and laughter. He is going to be missed in Houston.

Praying for you all.

Jane and Bryan,
There are just so many good times to remember!! He was “Chuck” to me and we were very close for a long time. I had been attempting to get in touch and found this. Our thoughts and prayers are out to you.
We have missed him through the last few years we were out of touch and will continue to miss him very much.
