Cecil was a great man. He shall be missed. I am sorry for his loss & am praying for his beloved family & caregiver. His sacrifice in Vietnam being exposed to Agent Orange caused his calamity with Leukemia & Lymphoma. I will never forget you & your comrades sacrifice in Vietnam. You now belong to Heaven’s best. I know God has a great honor in Heaven for you. RIP
