Carlos Wade “Bo” Mitchell

Funeral service for Carlos Wade “Bo” Mitchell, age 61, of Fayetteville, TN, will be conducted Sunday, May 22, 2016 at 3 p.m. at Higgins Funeral Home with Rev. Barry Mitchell officiating. Burial will follow in Wright’s Cemetery. Mr. Mitchell passed away Thursday, May 19, 2016 at Lincoln Care Center.

Mr. Mitchell was a native of Lincoln County, the son of the late Lindel Dalton Mitchell and Mary Elizabeth Mitchell. He was a truck driver.

Survivors include daughter Amanda Whitaker of Fayetteville, son Brad Crick of Fayetteville, grandchildren Brittney (Chris) Priest of Kelso, Payton Whitaker, Aiden Whitaker both of Fayetteville, great grandson Chevy Wade Lindel Priest of Kelso, son-in-law: Jeremy Whitaker of Fayetteville, sisters Lynnita (Jerry) Taylor of McBurg, Shelia Stubblefield of Pulaski, brothers Wayne Mitchell of Taft, Roger Mitchell of McBurg, Keith (Lisha) Mitchell of Elora, step-mother Ann Mitchell of Fayetteville, step-brothers Leamon (Barbara) Mitchell of Fayetteville, Tony (Debbie) Mitchell of Flintville, Morgan (Robbie) Mitchell of Fayetteville, uncle Harold Mitchell of Hazel Green and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. In addition to his parents, Mr. Mitchell was preceded in death by his wife Carol Mitchell in 2007.

Visitation with the family will be Sunday, May 22, 2016 from 1 until 3 p.m. at Higgins Funeral Home.

Wade and I were in the same class at Boonshill. He was a gentle person and always smiling. Love all of the brothers and sisters and your precious Mama and Daddy… My sympathy to your entire family.
