Funeral services for Mrs. Burnadean Birdsong Gatlin, age 79 of Delrose will be conducted Tuesday at 10AM at Higgins Funeral Home with Rev. Tommy Ward officiating. Burial will follow in Shiloh Cemetery. Mrs. Gatlin died Sunday at her residence.
She was a native of Lincoln County and the daughter of the late Arnold Benton and Annie B. Smith Birdsong. She was a homemaker and a member of the Methodist Church.
Survivors include her husband Edward Ray Gatlin of Delrose, two sons Benny and Eddy Gatlin both of Delrose, grandson Derek Gatlin of Delrose, five sisters-in-law Alma Birdsong of Delrose, Darlene Birdsong, Doris Smith and Mary Gatlin all of Fayetteville and Mary Forbes of Memphis and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation with the family will be Monday evening 5-8PM at Higgins Funeral Home.
