Mrs. Moore had a tremendous impact on my life. As my Sunday School teacher she not only taught me about God, but demonstrated His love with her warmth and kindness. She once gave me a Bible with Gal. 6:9 noted in the front; ” Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” This have been a life-verse for me ever since. I know Mrs. Moore lived out this verse and is reaping a great big harvest with her Lord in Heaven.

Dear Family,
We were so sorry to hear of your loss. We remember you mom coming to Waverly, TN to visit your grandmother when we were pastoring the Cumberland Presbyterian Church there. We pray for peace and comfort for her family.

I have just now heard of Mrs. Brenda’s passing. I can’t begin to express what a tremendous impact she had on me and so many. She was a shining example of Proverbs 31. I learned so much from her as a student in her Bible class. I still have the Bible she gave me. She was such a blessing, and my thoughts and prayers are with her family.
