Bobby Gene “Hay-Hay” May

Funeral services for Mr. Bobby Gene “Hay-Hay” May, age 80 of Fayetteville, will be conducted Tuesday at 11:00 am at Higgins Funeral Home with Bro. Don Gatlin officiating. Burial will follow in Lincoln Cemetery. Mr. May passed away Saturday in Lincoln Care Center.

Mr. May was a native of Lincoln County, the son of the late Roy and Oma Lee Shelton May. He was a carpenter.

Survivors include his wife of 60 years: Dot Mills May of Fayetteville, one daughter Vickie Stetten and husband Ronnie “Loco”, one son Dale May and wife Shelia, six grandchildren Wayne Frame and wife Kim, Kristi Blackwell and husband Steve, Bobbi Sells, Kenneth May and wife Carrie, Kevin May, Daniel May and wife Ashley, seven great grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren, one step grandson Josh Stetten, two brothers Rick May, Paul May both of Florida, one sister Reba Kimbrough of Fayetteville.

Visitation with the family will be Monday evening from 5 until 8 pm at Higgins Funeral Home.

Hi everyone,
I wish I could be there with all of you. Uncle Bobby was such a special man. I always loved being on the farm with him and hearing about his cows. I hope that you can all find comfort in your precious memories too.
