Barbara Bradley

Funeral service for Mrs. Barbara Bradley, age 77, of Fayetteville, will be conducted Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Higgins Funeral Home with Rev. Tommy Graham officiating. Burial will follow in Higgins Cedar Hills Memorial Garden beside her late husband Forest Bradley. Mrs. Bradley passed away Saturday at St. Thomas Hospital West.

Mrs. Bradley was a native of Wise County, VA, the daughter of the late Charles and Sinda Sturgill Couch. She was a seamstress for the Lee Company and a member of Prospect Baptist Church.

Survivors include her daughter Andrea Layman and husband Kenneth of Elora, sons Mike Bradley and wife Celia of Murfreesboro, Marty Bradley of Fayetteville, grandchildren Amanda Nelson and husband Shawn of Fayetteville, Chelsea Bradley of Murfreesboro, great grandchildren Rylee Nelson, Sara Nelson, Tyler Nelson all of Fayetteville, brothers Buddy Couch of Wise, VA, Johnny Couch of Rockwood, TN, sisters Ruby Bailey and husband Johnny of Glade Springs, VA, Eudene Dotson of Lithia Springs, GA, brothers-in-law Donnie Bradley and wife Sharon of Wise, VA, sister-in-law Peggy Sloan and husband Billy Ray of Fairhope, AL, brother-in-law H.M. Heaberlin of Fairhope, AL,.

Visitation with the family will be Tuesday from 12 until 2 p.m. at Higgins Funeral Home.

My prayers are with you all. Barbara was one of the nicest lady , I have ever met! We always enjoyed working with her at Ables Green house, and Lees! She will be greatly missed!
