Barbara Ann Mitchell

Funeral services for Mrs. Barbara Ann Mitchell, age 69, of Fayetteville, TN, will be conducted Friday, August 5, 2016 at 2 p.m. at Higgins Funeral Home with Rev. Bobby Bates officiating. Burial will follow in Shiloh Cemetery. Mrs. Mitchell passed away Wednesday, August 3, 2016 at the Donalson Care Center.

Mrs. Mitchell was a native of the Coldwater Community and the daughter of the late Buford Eugene and Mary Ellen Turner Marshall. She was a seamstress for Blue Ridge and the Lee Company.

Survivors include her husband David Leamon Mitchell, son Billy Winston (Debra) Heath, grandchildren David Thomas Heath, Christina Elise Heath, Andrew Michael Heath, brothers Billy Marshall and Barney Marshall. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by sister Brenda Randolph.

Visitation with the family will be Friday, August 5, 2016 from 12 until 2 p.m. at Higgins Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Barbara Ann Mitchell Memorial Fund at the Bank of Lincoln County.
