Funeral services for Miss April Lynn Mitchell, age 39, of Fayetteville will be conducted at 2 PM Sunday at Higgins Funeral Home with Rev. Ron Wood and Bro. Charles Jones officiating. Burial will follow in Lincoln Cemetery. Miss Mitchell passed away Thursday evening at her residence.
A native of Lincoln County, she was the daughter of Tim Mitchell and Linda Whitaker Mitchell of Fayetteville, a member of the Fayetteville Church of God, and a volunteer at the Fayetteville Lincoln County Humane Society. She is preceded in death by her grandparents Hazel and Allie Whitaker and Lester and Lucille Taylor Mitchell.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her brother Olen Mitchell of Fayetteville, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation with the family will be Saturday evening from 4-8 PM at Higgins Funeral Home.
