Anna May Langdon Murray

Graveside funeral services for Mrs. Anna May Langdon Murray, age 85, of Fayetteville, will be conducted 3 p.m. Sunday, March 19, 2017 at Riverview Memorial Gardens with Bro. Mike Johnson officiating. Mrs. Murray was a native of Mt. View, Missouri and daughter of the late Charlie A. and Edna Moore Langdon. She was a member of West End Baptist Church and loved to sing and yodel. Mrs. Murray loved the Lord and showed Jesus to everyone in her daily walk with Him.

Survivors include her daughters Marianna (Jim) Sumners of Blanche, Marsha (Henry) Gray and Darlene (Daryl) Weir both of Fayetteville; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Murray was preceded in death by her husband Nelson W. Murray.

Visitation with the family will be 5 until 8 p.m. Saturday, March 18, 2017 at Higgins Funeral Home. Higgins Funeral Home is honored to be serving the family of Mrs. Anna May Langdon Murray.

We are so sorry for the loss of your mother. We just heard about it. She was a wonderful woman and we all shared so many great times as friends and neighbors for so many years. Our prayers are with all of you.
