Funeral services for Mr. Andrew Mark Tanner, age 76 of Fayetteville will be conducted at 3PM Sunday at Higgins Funeral Home with Dr. Calvin Todd officiating. Burial will follow in Prosperity Cemetery. Mr. Tanner died Friday in Huntsville Hospital.
He was a native of Forrest County, MS and was the son of the late Andrew Johnson and Ethel Cook Tanner. Mr. Tanner was a veteran of the U. S. Air Force and served during the Korean Conflict. He was a retired accountant with the Chromium Plating Company and a member of the Fayetteville Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church.
He is survived by his wife Imogene ?Jean? Jones Tanner of Fayetteville, son David Mark Tanner of Fayetteville, two granddaughters Donna Jean and Becca Ann Tanner both of Taft and grandson David Reed Tanner of Taft. He was preceded in death by two brothers Douglas and Coy Tanner and one sister Retha Aaron.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials to the Fayetteville Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church Television Ministry or the American Lung Association.
Visitation with the family will be Sunday from 1:30pm until 3:00PM at Higgins Funeral Home
