Met Lester and his brother a few year’s back when we were doing research on John Smith and wife Tennie Gibson. Such wonderful men. We never forgot that day. So sorry to the family for the loss of a very kind man.

I have many wonderful memories of our school days on Buddy’s bus. I still cherish those times from so long ago. Buddy was always patient and kind and a friend to us all. He always took great care of us, and his kindness is remembered fondly. My sympathy to you, Alice, and to all his friends and the many, many kids whose lives he touched over the decades.

Buddy was a pillar of the Po Grab community. He and Lorraine were hard workers, but was always ready to help friends and neighbors. He was a good father, husband, and neighbor. May he rest in peace.
