Graveside funeral services for Mrs. Betty C. Moorehead, age 52, of Fayetteville will be conducted at 11 AM Wednesday at Stewart’s Cemetery.  There will be a procession from the funeral home to the cemetery.  Mrs. Moorehead passed away Sunday morning at Lincoln Skill Care.

     A native of Lincoln County, she was a daughter of the late Milton and Minnie Ruth Bradford Moorehead, employed as a Nurse Tech at local nursing homes, and a member of Elora Pentecostal Church.

     Survivors include her sons Alan and Renae Moorehead of Lewisburg, Bradley and Leslie Moorehead of Fayetteville, and Jason Moorehead of Fayetteville, grandchildren Seth, Ashlyn, Milam, and Alex Moorehead, sister Donna and Tim Gill , brothers Jerry and Linda Moorehead and Jimmy and Alice Moorehead, and several nieces and nephews.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister Bonnie Arnold.  

     Visitation with the family will be conducted from 5-8 PM Tuesday evening at Higgins Funeral Home.
