Graveside funeral service for Richard Franklin Moyers, age 85, of Fayetteville, TN, will be conducted at 3 PM on Wednesday, July 31, 2019 at Macedonia Cemetery. Bro. Mark Posey will officiate. There will be no visitation prior to the graveside service.

Richard was born on June 3, 1934 in Lincoln County, Tennessee to the late Walter Farris and Marie Key Moyers. He served in the US Army, enjoyed fishing, and was a loving husband, father and Papa. Mr. Moyers was a member of the Baptist Faith and retired from Martin Industries. Richard passed away on July 27, 2019 at Donalson Care Center.

Survivors include his wife of 59 years, Patricia Moyers; daughter, Debra Gulley of Fayetteville; grandchildren, Ashley (Dustin) Williams, Ryan Gulley, and Phillip Felty; great-granddaughters, Aubree and Callie Williams; and sisters, Irene Thompson and Eveline (Jimmy) Swinford. In addition to his parents, Mr. Moyers was preceded in death by a daughter, Dana Felty; brothers, Thomas Moyers, Jesse Moyers, and James Moyers; and a sister, Janice Moyers.
