Funeral services for Mrs. Pauline Towry Swindell, age 88, of Fayetteville will be conducted at 2PM Saturday at Higgins Funeral Home with Bro. David Sain officiating. Burial will follow in Riverview Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Swindell passed away Monday October 20, 2008 in Lincoln Skill Care Center.

She was a native of Lincoln County and the daughter of the late James Isom and Maude Mae Hopkins Towry. Mrs. Swindell was a former employee of Serbin and Jonathan Logan. She was a Gray Lady for the American Red Cross for many years and was a member of the Church of Christ.

Survivors include her husband James Swindell of Fayetteville, son Larry Swindell and wife Judy of Athens, AL, granddaughter Missy King and husband Jim of Madison, AL, grandson Vern Swindell of Mobile, AL, and great grandchildren Cason and Isabella King.

Visitation with the family will be Friday evening 5-8PM at Higgins Funeral Home.
