Funeral services for Mrs. Myrtle L. Smith, age 70, of Fayetteville will be conducted at 2PM Sunday at Higgins Funeral Home with Rev. Ricky Crabtree and Rev. Tommy Neal officiating.  Burial will be in Smith Family Cemetery.  Mrs. Smith passed away Wednesday at Lincoln Medical Center.

She was a native of Kelso, TN and the daughter of the late Roy Lee and Mary McWhirter Hill.  Mrs. Smith was retired from Amana Refrigeration and was a member of the Crystal Springs Church of God.

Survivors include her husband Robert Smith of Fayetteville, three daughters Lenis Storey of Hazel Green, AL, Mary Dodge of Murfreesboro and Teresa Luttrell of Fayetteville, brothers and sisters, Robert Hill of Fayetteville, Juanita Pamplin of Fayetteville, Deborah Gulley of Flintville, Pamela McCoy of Fayetteville, Jerry Hill of Fayetteville, Tony Hill of Memphis, Pete Hill of Knoxville, Jackie Hill of Knoxville, Floyd Hill of Fayetteville and Bill Hill of Fayetteville, six grandchildren Jennifer Fleming of Murfreesboro, Dwaine Storey of Fayetteville, Chad Storey Puryear of Hazel Green, Amy Puryear of Hazel Green, Ashley Luttrell of Fayetteville, Matthew Suenaga of Murfreesboro, five great grandchildren Austin and Madison Fleming, Alexis Fleming, Carter Puryear and Savannah Puryear.  Mrs. Smith was preceded in death by daughter Lucinda Luttrell who died in 2004 and a son Jeffrey Luttrell who died in 1962.

Visitation with the family will be Saturday 5-8PM at Higgins Funeral Home.
