Obituary

Hunter Wayne Buchanan, infant son of Anthony and Tiffany Syler Buchanan, passed away on Thursday, July 20, 2017. Survivors include his brother, Trenton Andrew Buchanan; paternal grandparents, Jeff and Brenda Bennett of Franklin County; maternal grandparents, Derrick Syler and Donna Syler both of Fayetteville; paternal great-grandfather, J.M. Payne of Scottsboro, AL; paternal great-grandmother, Betty Joe Buchanan of New Market; maternal great-grandmother, Margret Syler of Fayetteville, and maternal great-grandparents, Barkley and Judy Counts of Flintville. Hunter was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Anthony Wayne Buchanan, Sr.; paternal great-grandfather, AJ Buchanan; and maternal great-grandfather, Wayne “Pat” Syler.

Private family graveside services will be held at a later date in Lincoln Cemetery with Bro. Don Russell officiating.

Visitation with the family will be held Monday, July 24, 2017 at 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. at Awaken Life Church, 290 Ardmore Hwy, Fayetteville, TN 37334. Higgins Funeral Home is serving the family of Hunter Wayne Buchanan.
